Hengrui purchased a new building built for office space with minimal floor-to-ceiling height. H.Lüdi+ Co. AG was awarded the job in May 2022. Hengrui wanted the HL-X-SPACES™// LAB + OFFICE system to attract the best talent in the scientific community, and for its flexible, pre-fabricated, plug-n’-play, energy efficient/sustainable, cost-saving, and "speed to market" capabilities.
H.Lüdi installed the design in September, and the new Hengrui space in Zurich was operational in October of 2022 -5 months!

- » 25 core structures + components = light and air channel, climate control, sound attenuation panels, sanitary media supply (gases / vacuum / waters), power supply (IT / FTTD), grid with 13 U-BOX.
