INTEGRATED INFRASTRUCTURE

 All Inclusive:    All the components presented from our partners, comprise an ecosystem of infrastructure solutions that the entire requirements for any life science or healthcare lab, to include: HVAC, gases, coolants, lighting, partition walls, power, data, lab furniture, media service columns, controls, sensors, and integrating software.

Installation:     All components are prefabricated and packaged for installment simultaneously, thereby eliminating any conflicts with independent trades. There is still a strong need to coordinate with building engineers to establish responsibilities for connecting all services to building systems. The prefabricated narture of our solutions allows for faster production and installation. Depending on the size of the project, months can easily be saved in the process.     

Safety:           Natural protection from cross exposition of airborne particles and 30% reduction in recovery time from particle contamination. Each aisle creates its own environment.

Efficiency:      30-50% reduction in energy consumption through taking advantage of thermal  layering resulting in significant reduction in cooling requirements. Additional energy savings from a much lower static pressure requirement throughout the HVAC configuration and utilization of water supply for fan coils at the point of air intake.

Comfort:         Draft free environment caused by a very low velocity air supply with the diffuser ducts running the entire length of each aisle. Climate on demand in each aisle where temperature is maintained within one degree Celsius. LED lighting/6000K can be adjusted/dimmed if required. 

Flexibility:       Our coordinated component ecosystem, provides the maximum in flexibility to easily reconfigure space and modify HVAC requirements on your laptop if partition walls are seamlessly moved and room-to-room air flow requirements are changed. You can very easily modify each aisle to different BSL levels and switch from lab to office and back again.  

TCO:               Lowest operating costs (energy) + lowest reconfigure costs = Lowest TCO (Total Cost of Ownership over the life of the lab).
